Alice Dalena was born in Rutland, Vermont but was raised in Clearwater, Florida and moved to the Carolinas in 2002. She is a graduate of St Leo University, SUNY Adirondack, Walden University, and Frontier Nursing University. She is family nurse practitioner. Alice is dedicated to preventative care and patient education.
She has 19 years of experience as a nurse, ten years in the neonatal intensive care unit and nine years in occupational medicine/health & wellness.
Alice specializes in diagnosing and treating any age group. She believes in a holistic approach to medicine - taking the physical, mental, emotional, and any social factors into consideration when diagnosing and treating an illness.
She has also been trained in women's health and can do breast and pap exams for women. Alice is certified as a DOT medical examiner.
Alice is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Metrolina Coalition of Nurse Practitioners, SC Nurses Association, and the Sigma Theta Tau Society.
