Biography

Dr. Sarah Jane Rudolph is a doctor of nursing practice and a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner in the Pediatric Pulmonary Division at MUSC. She earned her doctorate and master’s degrees in nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Rudolph maintains board certification with the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. She has worked in pediatric pulmonary at MUSC since 2015 and is also a clinical preceptor for the College of Nursing.

Dr. Rudolph takes care of children with a variety of pulmonary disorders, including asthma, recurrent pneumonia, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, and chronic lung disease. Her background in nursing is pediatric critical care and she has a special interest in chronic lung disease of prematurity and mechanical ventilation in the home setting.
