Zoodles Primavera from Olive Garden

When we think of the restaurant Olive Garden®, we don’t necessarily think of healthy food.  Instead, we think of comfort food like pasta, bread, butter and heavy cream sauces. But, the tides are changing! Just in time for spring, Olive Garden® has released their Zoodles Primavera, which is a zucchini noodle dish that boasts a lighter fare alternative to their, traditional, carb-heavy offerings.  The “zoodles” are tossed in a light basil cream sauce with broccoli, carrots, seasoned tomatoes, roasted red peppers and mushrooms making it the perfect spring and summer dish! You also have the option to add chicken or shrimp in order to pack some protein into this produce-dense meal, and the best part: the entire dish is less than 500 calories so you can Eat This, Not That!
