We hear it all the time… “Crystal Light tastes too sweet”, “I don’t like the taste of water”, “Water just isn’t exciting”.  And we get it! Sometimes you want to add some flavor without adding artificial sweeteners to your beverages.  And with the temperatures outside increasing, hydration becomes more and more important.  For those of you that don’t like the taste of water, prefer not to add artificial sweeteners, like “Crystal Light”, to your water, or simply want a little variety among your fluid choices, we have a suggestion!

Try using a Fruit Infuser Water Bottle.  Water Infusing is a great way to add a fresh, fruity taste to water! Try adding cucumbers and watermelon cubes for something unique or frozen fruit medleys for something easy.  It will add natural flavor but with only a mild amount of sweetness.  You can purchase these types of water bottles and jugs online or from your local stores, like the “Dollar Tree”.
