As a service to our readers, Progressnotes, an MUSC publication sent to all physicians licensed in the state of South Carolina as well as to other health care professionals, is pleased to offer CME credit on selected articles (at least one per issue). Topics for these CME articles are selected with input from the College of Medicine CME Advisory Committee. A CME-eligible sister telepresentation for each article is offered through the South Carolina AHEC program for additional credit. Credit Designation

The Medical University of South Carolina designates this enduring material for a maximum of .50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM  per article. Physicians should only claim the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
