Ryan Littlejohn grew up in Winston-Salem NC and graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion and Athletic Training. Ryan has been a certified athletic trainer for 15 years, working in a variety of settings. After undergrad, Ryan continued to live in Winston-Salem and worked for a PT clinic as the wellness coordinator. His career then took him to Charlotte NC, where he worked as a physician extender providing post-operative rehabilitation to patients, as well as the assistant athletic trainer for the Carolina Speed semi-pro football team. In 2010, Ryan joined the sports medicine team at Novant Health in Charlotte as the head athletic trainer providing care to high school and middle school athletes. Ryan then joined the MUSC Health Sports Medicine Team in 2015.
Ryan is a certified athletic trainer by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and Certified CPR instructor by American Heart Association.
