Elizabeth “Izzy” Kelley, MS
Izzy earned her MS in clinical exercise physiology at Ball State University and has experience working in exercise training, exercise prescription, fitness assessments, weight loss management, and clinical research. She works with adults ranging from healthy college-age students to geriatric patients with a number of cardiac, pulmonary, or other chronic diseases. Her primary academic and professional interests focus on exercise and activity-based interventions for chronic disease prevention, rehabilitation, and management. Izzy also works as a clinical research assistant and adjunct instructor in the Department of Health and Human Performance at the College of Charleston.
