MUSC Health serves as a testing site for the Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters (CCHI), National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters (National Board) and the Center for the Assessment of Sign Language Interpreters (CASLI), which is affiliated with the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf.
Charleston is South Carolina’s oldest city; it continues to impress visitors with its rich history, breathtaking scenery, and geographical location, making it an ideal testing location. Testing slots are normally open on Thursdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Therefore, it allows the testing candidate to combine this event with a weekend of fun and relaxation in our exciting city.
