Mobile COVID-19 Testing Sites

MUSC Health is coming to your area with free COVID-19 testing throughout South Carolina.

This page details COVID-19 testing facilities that do not require an appointment. For our mobile testing sites, patients may remain in their vehicles or walk up. Please visit our testing homepage if you are looking for information on making an appointment for COVID-19 testing or want to arrange for antibody testing. Visit Virtual Care Urgent Care for free online COVID-19 screening.

MUSC Health continues to expand COVID-19 testing availability to reach rural and underserved communities across the state through mobile testing and collection sites. These sites are free to patients and do not require an appointment.

Our mobile testing sites offer diagnostic COVID-19 testing (via nasopharyngeal swab) known as a “COVID-19 PCR.” Currently, all diagnostic tests are done by a medical professional by taking a small amount of nasal aspirate with a swab.
