  • You CANNOT receive the COVID-19 vaccine if you have had another vaccine for ANY reason within 14 days of your COVID-19 vaccine appointment.
  • After receiving the COVID-19 monoclonal antibody infusion, you CANNOT be vaccinated within 90 days of the infusion.
  • Please reschedule if you are feeling sick on the day of your vaccination appointment.
  • If you are in isolation as a result of a positive COVID-19 test, you will not be able to be vaccinated until after your quarantine has ended.
  • If you had a severe reaction to the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, you should not receive the second dose.
  • If you have previously had a SEVERE reaction to any other vaccine, please plan to stay on site for 30 minutes after your vaccination for monitoring.
