Throughout your MUSC Health journey for spine care, you will engage with a variety of our multidisciplinary team of experts to ensure the best possible outcomes for your spine needs. As part of an academic medical center, we stay current on the latest, most effective diagnostic and treatment options. Through research and clinical trials, we are also working to invent or improve techniques and devices that make complicated surgeries safer.

Our knowledgeable team spans a range of disciplines and is led by the Spine Center's Co-Medical Directors Dr. Charles Reitman and Dr. Stephen Kalhorn.
