Objectives Recognize the importance of thorough evaluation of LVH: Identify HCM vs phenotype mimickers; Recognize the importance of Genetic testing and cascade screening in HCM; Review medical and surgical interventions for management of HCM, focusing on Cardiac myosin inhibitors
