Description The development and implementation of responsive, personalized nutritional support in preterm infants is required during and after hospitalization. There is a need for continued assessment of the impact of early growth and nutrition on long term health and developmental outcomes to help inform growth goals.
Objectives 1. Describe growth deficits in preterm infants at the time of discharge from the NICU.
2. Review how catch up growth affects brain development and cardiometabolic health in preterm infants.
3. Report data from our NICU High Risk Nutrition Discharge Clinic
