Objectives Identify three clinical findings (identified by physical exam or imaging) that are Major Criteria to diagnose tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC); Distinguish the names of the two genes known to cause TSC when pathogenic variants are present and describe the function of their protein products in the cell; Name at least two FDA-approved indications in TSC for use of an mTORi as therapy
