Objectives 1. Establish a differential diagnosis of acute kidney injury (AKI) in cirrhosis and recognize the limitations of existing diagnostic tools; 2. Implement a goal-oriented treatment for individuals with hepatorenal syndrome (HRS) aiming for optimal hemodynamics and volume management; 3. Recognize the importance of individualized volume assessment in patients with cirrhosis and AKI
