Objectives 1. Identify that Primary ldosteronism (PA) is a common form of 2°HTN; 2. Recognize that PA spans a spectrum of severity and only about 30% of patients with PA have hypokalemia; 3. Explain that PA is associated with higher CV, Renal, and Metabolic risk compared to those with equivalent BP-associated essential HTN.
