Objectives Review the importance and limitations of systematic review and meta-analysis as the source of best evidence; Identify the importance and limitations of predictive models to guide decision-making at bedside; Appreciate threshold models and FFT (fast-and-frugal ) decision tree as the tools to help guide rational, personalized decision-making and their application in hematology (and other clinical disciplines)
