Description This video is part of the Charleston HFpEF Conference.
Objectives Describe how remote-management technologies—from pulmonary-artery pressure sensors to machine-learning–enabled scales—can soon be integrated to detect and treat congestion in HFpEF before clinical deterioration.
Compare pressure-based versus volume-based monitoring strategies and discuss their implications for tailoring diuretic and guideline-directed medical therapy.
Explain system-level tactics for overcoming clinical inertia, reducing care-team burden, and expanding equitable access to evidence-based HFpEF management through virtual care models.
