Objectives Evaluate that Home (Self Measured) or Out of Office BP is a better predictor of CV events than office BP; Identify the evidence for best initial antihypertensive drug therapy and when to use pharmacologic therapy to control hypertension; Recognize the role of single-pill fixed-dose combination therapy as initial treatment in patients requiring drug therapy for BP control.
