Objectives dentify appropriate clinical indications for rapid whole genome sequencing in inpatient pediatrics; Understand why rapid WGS offers advantages over initial tier or non rapid genetic testing in critically ill children; Recognize key factors—such as phenotype detail and trio samples—that improve rapid WGS interpretation.
