Description This video is part of the 2026 Evidence Based Drug Therapy Update Conference.
Objectives Define resistant hypertension and differentiate it from pseudo-resistance.
Apply evidence-based techniques for accurate BP assessment.
Review patients for secondary causes of hypertension.
Discuss fourth-line and advanced therapies.
Apply lifestyle and SDOH factors into treatment planning.
Demonstrate when specialist referral or device-based therapy is indicated.
