Referring Patients to MUSC Health

We provide several tools to help physicians in the community refer a patient to MUSC.

Referring Adult Patients

If you have an adult patient you would like to refer to MUSC Health, please sign in to MUSC Health CareLink. If you are not yet a member of MUSC Health CareLink, you can call MEDULINE at 843-792-2200. This is our consultation line exclusively for health care professionals.

Please note that several MUSC Health departments also have their own specialty referral forms.

Referring Oncology Patients

To refer adult oncology patients to MUSC Hollings Cancer Center, please call the appropriate patient referral number. To refer pediatric oncology patients, contact Children's Scheduling Services.
