- $35 to $45 flat rate (insurance not billed)

A virtual urgent care video visit includes:
- Monday through Sunday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. availability
- Care for ages 6 and older
- 10 to 15 minute wait time
- 10 to 15 minute video consultation
- Insurance billed or $45 flat rate
- Real-time care plan and guidance
In-person Urgent Care
For unscheduled, walk-in patients seeking medical attention for non-life or limb threatening illnesses and injuries.

An in-person urgent care visit includes:
- Walk-in access during all posted hours
- Care for all ages
- Evaluation and treatment by experienced MUSC Health providers
- Seamless referrals for follow-up or specialty care if needed
- Specialized options including Pediatric After-Hours Care, Orthopedic Urgent Care, and Dental Urgent Care
