MUSC Health’s clinical provider directory is hosted on MUSCHealth.org. The clinical provider directory is useful for patients seeking appointments or other health care professionals looking to make a referral.
This directory is powered by Yext, a third-party vendor who helps us optimize our profiles on our website, search engines, and other sites like CareDash, Healthgrades, etc. The marketing team partners with Yext and the web team to continually optimize and improve the system.

If you’re a new provider or if you can’t find your name when you search the directory, please complete this form to get your profile set up.
Profiles with all necessary information will be launched within 48 hours of submission. Form submissions are routed directly to the marketing team member for your respective area. The team will follow up with any questions.
Need to Make Updates?
If you already have a profile but need to make updates, please complete this form to update your existing profile. Updates include biography, locations, education, areas of clinical interest, board certifications, etc.
