MUSC Health’s new Pediatrics and Internal Medicine "Med-Peds" clinic is accepting new patients for both internal medicine (adults 18 and older) and pediatric patients (children 18 and under) in North Charleston.
The practice is staffed by primary care physician, Dr. Nathalie Malcolm who is dual-board certified in both Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. Dr. Malcolm provides comprehensive health care for all ages, from newborns to older adults. Our care team is dedicated to working with you at every step of your or your family’s health and wellness journey.
For patients 18 years and older, the Med-Peds care team provides primary care for adults, focused on the special health needs of the adult population. Established pediatric patients can seamlessly transition to internal medicine when they become 18 years old.

The Med-Peds clinic is now accepting new patients. As part of the Medical University of South Carolina academic medical center, you may be seen by resident physicians (“residents”). All resident doctors are accepting new patients. Our residents are doctors who have completed medical school and are pursuing specialized training in the Pediatrics and Internal Medicine field. Medical students may also be in the clinic alongside residents and attendings.
