What's Included
- 5 accountability sessions (virtual or in-person) with dietary, exercise and behavioral staff
- 4-week partial supplementation meal plan to include 2 shakes and 3 nutrition bars, and one food-based meal
- Shakes and bars
- Weekly accountability visits
- Dietary, exercise, and behavioral lessons
