Why did you choose MUSC?

I was attracted to MUSC initially as it is an institution that would provide numerous opportunities that would challenge me and help me grow my confidence and independence as a pharmacist. The PGY2 Pediatrics residency program offers numerous learning experiences on top of rotation requirements to expose residents to more opportunities for growth. I decided to stay on for another year here at MUSC because of the dedicated preceptors who work hard to help residents achieve their goals!

Why did you choose MUSC?

I chose MUSC for a PGY2 in pediatrics because of the numerous patient care and non-patient care experiences that are incorporated into the program. We provide care for patients with a wide range of acuity on both the inpatient and outpatient setting with our longitudinal clinic experiences. In addition to clinical experiences, MUSC also provides us with operational and administrative experiences to make us well-rounded providers.
