After a difficult workout or weeks of training, your body requires opportunities to rest and recover. Our recovery services included with all Performance Session. Services are available on site. An athletic trainer is a board-certified allied healthcare professional that helps clients perform exercises to help decrease their incidence of injury and increase their performance in whichever sport or activity they engage. Athletic trainers are also certified in manual therapy techniques and knowledgeable in recovery modalities to help keep people healthy.
