Gain confidence making food choices by regaining your innate ability to hear and respond to your body’s biological cues for hunger and fullness. Using Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch’s Intuitive Eating Workbook, you will work through the Ten Principles of Intuitive Eating, an approach proven to improve biomarkers such as blood sugar and cholesterol and reduce the risk of eating disorders.
