The Dabney Bistro Hours

Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.; 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.; 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.; 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

In August 2017, the name of our dining facility was changed to honor former hospital CEO, Janice Dabney. Mrs. Dabney retired from Springs Memorial in August 2017 after 51 years of service to Springs Memorial Hospital and the Lancaster community. In light of her love for the hospital and "all things cuisine". This tribute seemed fitting and is very well deserved. Thank you, Janice Dabney.

Located conveniently in the MUSC Health Lancaster Medical Center hospital lobby, Brew & Chew offers a variety of menu options, including gourmet coffee drinks and clean-label smoothies, Lancaster local business, Jaybirds Deli and Diner famous deli sandwiches, bakery items, and more.
