What truly made the experience stand out was the research team. They were not only professional, but genuinely kind, communicative, and flexible. Honestly, they’re probably the reason I kept trying to extend! Every visit felt supportive, and it never felt like “just another appointment.” They took the time to understand both the physical and emotional aspects of living with vitiligo, and it showed in how they cared for patients.
