MyChart Patient Portal

Log in to MyChart

Epic, the electronic health record platform, is a valuable tool, for you and your providers. Epic’s patient portal, MyChart, gives you online access to your MUSC health records and a more unified patient experience at every step.

With MyChart, you can:

• Complete health history forms, and check-in on the app, to minimize wait times.
• Confirm your upcoming appointments and receive reminders.
• View your health records.
• Pay your bill online.
• Request medication refills.
• Communicate with your care team.
• Sign up proxy access for caregivers, through MUSC’s MyChart team.

Want to use MyChart from your phone? The MyChart app by Epic is available in the App Store and Google Play.

If you do not have a MyChart account already, please sign up for MyChart. Active patients also will receive communications with this information.

If you already have a MyChart account with MUSC, you will not need to do anything. Your account will automatically include your dental appointments and dental health information once our transition is complete.
