The MUSC Health Bluffton Medical Pavilion, a three-story, 54,000-square-foot medical office building slated to open in the spring of 2026, will provide high-quality, accessible health care to the growing community with 6 new services.

The new medical office building, set to serve Bluffton and surrounding communities, will be constructed on an adjacent parcel of land from the planned Beaufort Memorial micro-hospital. Construction of this new space will consolidate existing services in the Bluffton area into one location and provide 6 new services to the community, including a MUSC Hollings Cancer Center satellite clinic, offering oncology and infusion services.
