When Should I Consider Bariatric Surgery an Option? 

Bariatric surgery could be the right treatment for you if you're currently 100 pounds or more over your ideal weight, or if you have a body mass index (BMI) greater than 40.

You may also be an ideal candidate for bariatric surgery if your BMI is between 35 to 40, and you currently suffer from other conditions caused by obesity like:

• High blood pressure
• High cholesterol
• Sleep apnea
• Type 2 diabetes
• Joint pain
• You are unable to achieve a healthy body weight for a sustained period, even with medically supervised dieting.

Our Bariatric Team Consists of:

• Bariatric trained doctors and nurses
• A clinical dietitian to offer nutritional counseling
• Psychological counseling and support
• Physical rehabilitative services
• Administrative support for insurance coverage
