Learn methods to promote lactation and tips for a successful breastfeeding experience both during your hospital stay and beyond.

Class is held the first Tuesday of every month from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. virtually. Registration is required.

Childbirth Preparation

This class is designed to prepare the mother-to-be and her labor companion for the birthing experience, focusing on signs of early labor, comfort measures to use in labor and breathing relaxation techniques.

Maternity orientation is included to familiarize the patient and their family with the facility and our labor and delivery concept.

Class is held the second Tuesday of every month from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. virtually. Registration is required.
