Ashley Chrestman, MS, ATC

Ashley Chrestman attended The University of Central of Arkansas to complete her BS in Athletic Training. While pursuing her Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, Ashley worked as a graduate assistance athletic trainer for Arkansas State University. Her primary responsibility was women’s volleyball, but she also served as a clinical instructor and devoted her free time to teaching athletic training students. After completing her Master’s, Ashley was the assistant athletic trainer at University of Arkansas-Little Rock. She worked with the women’s soccer team and the women’s basketball team, who appeared in the D1 NCAA tournament and were crowned Sunbelt Champions. During her time at UALR she provided treatment, injury prevention, and rehabilitation to several athletes that went on to play in the WNBA. Ashley is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, the Mid-Atlantic Athletic Trainers’ Association, and the South Carolina Athletic Trainers’ Association. Ashley has also completed her level I and II Rocktape fascial movement course, Level one and two Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization course, and level one and two myofascial cupping course. Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching the Arkansas Razorbacks, and Crossfit.
