Brittney Lang, MS, ATC

Athletic Trainer

Brittney Lang is originally from Michigan but has lived in many places due to her husband being in the military. She recently moved back to the Charleston, SC area after recently living in Okinawa, Japan. She graduated from Central Michigan University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training, where she did an internship at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia working with the men's soccer team. Brittney then went on to complete her Master of Science in Health, Exercise, and Sport Science in 2009 from The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina where she also was a graduate assistant with the women's soccer team. She then moved to NYC and worked at Iona College in New Rochelle working with the women's volleyball and softball teams. She would later make her way to Okinawa, Japan where she volunteered at the SMART (Sports Medicine and Rehabilitative Treatment) clinic on Camp Foster, to help treat service members' injuries. She is a Board Certified Athletic Trainer as well as certified through the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. She is a member of the National Athletic Trainer's Association, the South Carolina Athletic Trainer's Association, and the Armed Forces Athletic Trainer's Society. She is also a Certified Kinesio Tape Specialist (CKTP). Brittney's goal is to continue to pursue her interests in working with the military through athletic training and helping those who have given so much.
