Bobby Weisenberger, MS, ATC, PES

Bobby Weisenberger, a native of Charleston, SC, graduated from The College of Charleston with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and a minor in Psychology. He completed his Master of Science in Sports Psychology at California University of Pennsylvania. He is certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification and South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control as an Athletic Trainer in South Carolina. Mr. Weisenberger has worked for the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) since December 2006, and has been the Head Athletic Trainer for the Charleston Battery since 2010. In addition, he has provided medical care to wide variety of athletic events, treating athletes of all ages and skill levels. While at MUSC, Bobby has worked with West Ashley High School Sports Medicine and Athletics, James Island High School, Charleston Charter School for Math and Science, Academic Magnet High School, Wando Lacrosse, Charleston Lacrosse, Charleston Pro Tennis League, Charleston Beach Tennis, Charleston Rugby, South Carolina Scholastic Hockey Association, Charleston Wolverines Junior C Hockey, Charleston Baseball Academy, and Carolina Prospects. He has served as an instructor during medical education events sponsored by MUSC and taught orthopedic joint testing for injury evaluation to physicians and other health care professionals.
