Our registered nurses are available 24/7. They perform a wide variety of medical services, just as they would in a hospital setting. Managing medications (including IV medications), evaluating patients' response to care, and educating patients and families - they are the cornerstone of our care. We also have registered nurses who are certified in advanced wound care to provide an added level of expertise to our team and your care.

Our team of certified therapists carries rehabilitation programs directly into your home. Physical therapists help increase strength, stamina and flexibility to get you on the move again. Speech therapists help help patients regain the ability to speak and swallow properly after a stroke, injury or illness. And our occupational therapists help patients regain their ability to perform the daily tasks of independent living, like dressing, bathing or doing household chores. Finally, registered dieticians help patients and families develop eating habits that assist in healing, work in cooperation with medications, and enhance overall well-being.

Our home health aides help patients bathe, take care of their skin and perform simple exercises, while social workers provide counseling, improve the home environment and provide information on community resources.
