Alicia Culler, the Director of Business Health, has guided the development and expansion of MUSC Health’s Business Health program since 2016. Dedicated to enhancing the health of South Carolina’s workforce, she collaborates with organizations to create thriving, productive work environments. Her leadership has driven impactful partnerships with over 350 organizations across diverse industries, fostering healthier communities and delivering measurable improvements in workforce well-being.

Aynsley BirknerAynsley Birkner

Aynsley Birkner, Workplace Wellness Specialist, joined the Business Health team in May of 2020. She collaborates with clients to assess their workforce’s environment and helps them create, implement, and manage tailored wellness programs to promote employee health and well-being. With over a decade of experience in community outreach and health education, Aynsley is dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles and empowering individuals to achieve their wellness goals.

Regina CreechRegina Creech

Regina Creech, MS, CHES, is a Workplace Wellness Specialist at MUSC Health with over 20 years of experience. She is dedicated to fostering healthier, more productive workplaces. As a specialist in worksite wellness, Regina designs and implements comprehensive programs tailored to the unique needs of organizations, focusing on physical health, mental well-being, and lifestyle improvement. By leveraging strong community partnerships and evidence-based practices, Regina helps business create sustainable wellness initiatives that enhance employee engagement and reduce healthcare costs.

Jerrica LeeJerrica Lee

Jerrica Lee, BSN, RN, Workplace Wellness Specialist, joined the Business Health team in 2022. Jerrica fosters external business partnerships and enhances the health and well-being of employees within organizations. She collaborates to develop health promotion programs and services that actively encourage positive lifestyle changes for employees. This may include health fairs, health screenings, and nutrition and exercise programs. Jerrica enjoys volunteering, exercising, and spending time outdoors.

Tiletha oversees wellness events, operational efficiencies, and marketing for Business Health. With a background in marketing, recruitment, business development, and fundraising, she has been with MUSC Health since 2016 and remains dedicated to customer service.

Ryan Taylor BSN, RN, is the Business Health Operations Manager at MUSC Health where she develops and implements health and wellness programs for businesses, schools, and organizations. With a background in Adult Emergency Nursing, Ryan is passionate about upstream health efforts and uses her experience to guide strategy, create impactful products, and set team goals that promote long-term community well-being. She supports the operational aspects of these initiatives including product promotion and business health outreach.

Dr. Curt Grob, MD, MPH, MRO, PS serves as Executive Medical Director of Corporate and Employee Health for MUSC, overseeing the health, safety, and well-being of care team members systemwide and industry partners across the state. Dr. Grob brings significant expertise in occupational medicine and corporate health, with a proven track record of program development and strategic growth. Prior to joining MUSC, he served as Medical Director of Occupational Medicine Services at Doctors Care in South Carolina, where he successfully expanded occupational health programs, strengthened industry partnerships, and implemented systems that improved employee health outcomes. He is board-certified in Occupational Medicine and has interest in advanced technologies such as VR and expanding artificial intelligence prediction capabilities to the workplace. A committed leader in occupational health, Dr. Grob is passionate about supporting both the well-being of healthcare teams and the broader communities MUSC serves.

Anthony Hale, MSN, RN is the System Director of Business Operations for Occupational and Student Health at MUSC Health, bringing over 18 years of experience in nursing and leadership. He earned his MSN from the University of South Alabama. Previously, as Director of Nursing Operations for Critical Care and Emergency Services at MUSC Health, he led multidisciplinary teams, improved patient safety, and implemented cost-saving strategies. His expertise spans both clinical and administrative roles, including positions as a nurse executive and staff nurse practitioner, making him a key leader in operational strategy and efficiency.

Tim Jones, BA, RN, is the Operations Manager for Employee Services and Occupational Health in the Catawba, Pee Dee, and Midlands areas. He plays a key role in identifying and addressing issues, presenting solutions and best practices, and making recommendations to divisional and system leaders. Tim supports strategies to improve processes, efficiencies, and standards of care. He also provides direct education, in-service training, and programmatic resources to ambulatory practices offering occupational and employee health services. Tim brings 15 years of experience in surgical services and 8 years as an infection prevention nurse to his role.

Megan Shelton, DNP, RN, is the Operations Manager for Employee Services and Occupational Health, overseeing Charleston, Orangeburg, the South Carolina Ports Authority, and Nucor Berkeley. With extensive experience in clinical and operational strategy, she has a proven track record of driving business growth, improving patient satisfaction, and optimizing processes. Megan’s expertise encompasses medical, patient care, and HR operations, as well as process improvement and relationship building across diverse sectors.
