As the holidays are among us, it could be very easy to give into those classic holiday desserts. This year, instead of baking the convenient Sara Lee pumpkin pie, make a sweet and savory, healthier option for your family and guests.

Instructions for making Pumpkin Spice Mousse:

Mix 2 small packages of Vanilla Jell-O Sugar Free-Fat-Free Instant Pudding and Pie Filling with 2 cups of skim milk. Fold in ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice, 15 oz can pumpkin puree and 8 oz Sugar Free Cool Whip. Mix well and serve! (24 servings)
