Supporting healthy lifestyles in St. Stephen, SC

St. Stephen is a historic small town located about 50 miles from MUSC’s primary campus in Charleston. The CARES Clinic partners with St. Stephen Middle School, the Lowcountry Food Bank, and Healthy Me Healthy SC to address food insecurity and provide preventive healthcare services for the St. Stephen community.

CARES Clinic services in St. Stephen include:

• Blood sugar checks
• Free flu shots
• Nutrition and dietary counseling
• Pediatric preventive vaccines
• School sports physicals
