Summey Pediatric Primary Care

Pediatric primary care for medically complex and all children is now available within the state's only pediatric dedicated specialty and surgery center, the MUSC Children's Health Summey Medical Pavilion in North Charleston. MUSC Children's Health pediatricians offer comprehensive primary care for children from birth through their late teens. This new care team is specially trained and equipped to meet the needs of medically complex pediatric patients, but the site is also equipped to see children without medical complexity.

At the Summey Medical Pavilion, patients and their parents can easily transition from specialty care visits to primary care, with providers who share medical records and consult with each other to provide the highest quality care plan. Parents are able to collaborate with our scheduling team to create specialty care and primary care visits in the same trip.

This medical pavilion is designed exclusively for children and offers convenient parking, easy access from major roadways and access to bus transit service. The Summey Medical Pavilion also offers imaging, lab, pharmacy and after hours care under one roof.
